1. General information only

The website provides information about PFA, its activities, membership, industry initiatives, and related resources. Content is not financial, legal, tax, regulatory, credit, investment, or other professional advice and shall not be relied on as a substitute for advice suited to a specific situation.

2. Accuracy and availability

PFA aims to keep information useful and current but does not guarantee that every item is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every purpose. Events, fees, eligibility criteria, requirements, links, and other details may change after appropriate approval.

3. Acceptable use

Visitors must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest personal data, impersonate PFA or another person, or use website content for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, PFA owns or is authorized to use the website design, logo, text, photographs, graphics, and other content. Visitors may view and make limited personal or internal reference copies but may not republish, alter, sell, license, or imply endorsement without appropriate permission.

6. Membership applications

Submitting an application does not create membership or guarantee approval. Applications remain subject to eligibility review, document verification, committee evaluation, Board approval, and any applicable fees and onboarding requirements.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PFA is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information, interruptions beyond reasonable control, or third-party sites and services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy and security

Use of personal information is addressed in the Privacy Notice. Practical online-safety guidance is available on the Security & Data Protection page.

9. Changes

PFA may revise these terms when the website, services, or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication of updated terms is subject to the revised version.
