Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about PFA membership, applications, events, website information, and personal-data handling.

What type of organization may apply for PFA membership?

Applicants shall be SEC-licensed financing, leasing, lending, or related financial institutions that meet the qualifications described on the Membership page, including operating-history and regulatory requirements.

What documents are normally required?

The current checklist includes an accomplished application, company profile, SEC registration and license documents, Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, latest GIS and ITR, organization chart, officer information, and supporting compliance documents. PFA may request additional information during evaluation.

Does submitting an application guarantee membership?

No. An application is evaluated and verified by the Membership Committee and remains subject to PFA Board approval. Approved applicants proceed to orientation and onboarding.

How is an online application stored?

The application and its documents are saved as a private record. Only authorized administrators can access and download submitted files for membership review.

What happens after I submit?

A new-application alert is sent to the Membership Committee mailbox and the submission is recorded for review. PFA may contact the authorized representative for verification or additional documents. Submission does not guarantee membership approval.

How is application information used?

Information shall be used only for membership eligibility review, verification, approval, onboarding, communication, legal or regulatory obligations, and related association administration as explained in the approved Privacy Notice.

Where can I find event information and galleries?

Visit the Events page for current PFA activities and image galleries. Images are displayed with preserved proportions and may be cropped to fit uniform gallery cards without being stretched.

Does this website provide financial or legal advice?

No. The website provides general association and industry information. It does not replace professional, legal, regulatory, tax, investment, credit, or financial advice.

Where can I read the website policies?

See the Privacy Notice, Security & Data Protection page, and Terms of Use.
